Core Return Information

How our differential core program works:

When you purchase a differential from us, we will reach out to you via email to ask if you are interested in sending your old differential to us for a $250 refund on your order.  If so, we will send you detailed return instructions.  Your core needs to be on it's way to us within 15 days of you receiving the differential from us(unless we have agreed to other terms through email).

Your core must:

• Be a usable differential
• Be empty of fluid
• Have the rear cover installed
• Have output flanges removed

 

While we expect your core to have the same input flange and gear ratio as the differential you purchased from us, it's not a deal breaker if it does not.  Please inform us in our email conversation that you intend to return a core that doesn't match your order and we can work that out.

As mentioned above, cores must be a usable unit.  This means it can't have catastrophic internal or external damage.  Seals and bearings are replaced as needed in our builds so wear on these parts is not an issue.  An issue would be a tooth broken on a gear or a damaged input flange, ect.

Once we receive your core, we will inspect it and reach back out to you within 3 days.  As long as everything is in order with what we agreed on, you will have a refund at that same time.

Lastly, if your differential is not in what we would consider "usable" condition, we may still be interested in it for parts.  We can discuss it's value in our email conversation.
